People who leave their companies within the first 6 months of joining it, what are your primary reasons for that?
Reasons said to hr:
- someone in family is sick, need to be care taker.
- pursuing higher education.
Official reasons:
- If girl: getting married
- If boy: starting family business or got a new offer.
How about pushy bosses who always make a tongue in cheek comment and make you feel bad for not knowing things?
