Help me find this funny pic on employee appreciation

I saw a comic strip on some social media which showed two employees dealing with fire. One immediately put it down, the other one let it become big, then shouted Fire to grab attention of everyone and then put it down. He gets rewarded in the end. Not able to find it now.
