I’ve have 9 YOE, work in cloud and DevOps domain. My CTC is 30LPA . What companies offer higher salaries for DevOps ?

Been looking to switch but on one opening of devops/sre/cloud engineer role there are more than 1000 applicants. So according to all the seasoned DevOps/SRE/Cloud engineers out there, what would you suggest to stay unique in this field? Apart from constant learning obviously.
