What should I do in the first 30 days?
I am a B2B SaaS PM who is moving to a different product in the same company. What should I do in the first 30 days to make sure this transition is perfect and I can make the most of the time?
Spend time knowing your stakeholders, then knowing your users and then go through the last 2-3 quaters roadmap and deliverables to get a sense of things. Try shadowing a pm in your team for a small project to get to know how to work
