Business development intern study process

Hey everyone, My first post in Grapevine I will be finishing my 2nd yr(T2 ECE), and want to do an internship. I know only very basic concepts of python, Java, oops dsa and in ML/data science (all youtube) Can you tell what is actually done throughout an internship, ie do they give you small tasks like writing a function (similar to the problem stmts from codechef/hacker rank) or you get to shadow them while they're working or they assume u already know the stuff and make you part of team that develops a fully fledged backend application or even worse they ask you to develop some basic website or ask u to create a model with demo datasets? Now if I were to apply for internships at some good companies or startups, pls suggest what and how should I prepare for it? What and all should I expect them to ask me? Also please do drop in your first internship experiences. PS: Im not interested in virtual internships, and I want to get into the field of ML. Tl;dr: Explain how internships work

I wanted to know what are the most common mistakes interns make and what can I do to avoid them? What technicals should I revise before I start? My role is a Software Engineering intern. Hey everyone, heading into my first internship this summer, no other work experience and want to hear from full time employees on the lesser known things that secure the return offer. By this I mean things other than being able to adapt to work, ask questions, not making same mistake over and over - basically the things that aren't talked about but from your perspective really makes huge a difference in your opinion on the intern. I just joined a new internship (my first offline internship) at a big company and don't know what to do here... I am getting small tasks that I finish in half a day, not getting a big project and then I'm free for the rest of the office hours, don't know if I should ask for work or it would be allotted to me. I know it's silly but is this normal? And what should I do? I need clarity regarding corporate life, lmao!

Hey folks a friend is interviewing for Urban Company's Category Manager role - cleared 2 rounds already. The final round is supposed to be "Operations heavy" Can someone please throw light on what kind of questions to expect? Any help or insights would be much appreciated :))
