What happened when we declare fake deduction for Income tax return ?

Is anyone received any notice from income tax department? My 91k tax is deducted for 12 lpa PKG . Any other way to get refund

This happens when anyone declares fake. Now some too intelligent persons will come here and advise you to claim fake.
