Who is the best VC Partner to pitch your startup to?
pitching to VCs is stressful. Which VC partner in India gives founders an ear and at the same time respectful, empathetic, intelligent during the pitch?

basically VC Partner that makes founders comfortable and is honest with feedback
Being honest with feedback is a net loose loose from both the parties (founder and VC).
Founder will take the feedback as genuine but the VC will give the feedback from a point of very shallow understanding of the market and biz model and founder market fit, shallow feedbacks is net toxic for the founder.
Plus the VC wants to preserve optionality, in case you land a lead investor in future they will want to come in, this is called borrowed conviction. This they don't want to take the risk to offend the founder with any type of feedback.
Net net it's safe to either ignore the pitch if in first hearing critical things are not impressive or ghost founder for as long as conviction can be sourced either internally or externally.
