Suggest good laptop under 70k with touch screen and good stores in b'lore

Lenovo Yoga, 2-in-1. Lenovo ideapad flex 5. Lenovo laptops are generally good ones, but the webcam won’t work out of the box with Linux due to an ongoing issue with MIPI camera support in the Linux kernel.
