How to get through resume screening round?

What are some of the tried & tested ways to get shortlist from big tech firms in Product domain ? Have applied to their portals multiple times but hardly got any response, despite good profile and experience

I feel getting shortlisted is very difficult Should I do an MBA to get there? Don't want to spend time on CAT prep Have given GRE - 320, GMAT - 700 Also, want to stay in India

Hi all, As the title suggests, I want to break into FAANG and companies like Uber, Walmart, MSFT and the likes but unable to do so. A bit about me: BITS Pilani 2021 grad. I have ~3 YOE as a PM, 2 years at a major ecommerce unicorn and now, I'm at a relatively mid series C startup. I had to quit that unicorn because of toxicity and health issues, I still kind of regret it. For my next move, which I'm planning in the next 2 years, I want to get into FAANG+ companies, but I'm afraid that since I'm not working at a company like Swiggy/Flipkart or a company of equivalent brand value, I won't be able to make it even past the resume screening. What should I do from here? Is it impossible for me to get into the companies I have mentioned?

I'd say I'm a pretty strong PM with decent brand names on my resume (Top 5 non-IIM MBA, best-in-the-class SaaS startups). I've even optimized my resume to the satisfaction of a FAANG mentor. All in all, I think I should be getting call-backs. But that's not happening. Weaknesses: No-name B-Tech college, no BigTech brand names, No large consumer brand names Any advice or experiences? Especially from FAANG PMs and Hiring Managers?

What could be the possible reasons for my resume NOT getting selected by FAANG? Few points to know: • My profile is Data Science related • My resume is only 1.25 pages • I have total 6 years of experience and all is in Data Science • I'm applying to jobs as per my experience level only • I have industry-relevant skillset and projects

Profile- 4 YOE, B.Tech from old IIT I started looking for new roles towards the end of June, and it took me approximately two months to get an offer letter. My skillset in a niche technical area helped me to get this offer. My advice to folks looking for a job, focus on your strengths and do not get discouraged. It's brutal out there, but you need only one job. Stay focused.

I have 9+ years of work experience in Product Management, mostly across startups. I wish to experience working at BigTech/Faang companies. I don’t have an MBA. I graduated from IIT. Have no coding background. Serious and genuine advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi All, would love to hear your thoughts/ideas/strategies on how to switch from a Senior Customer Success Manager role to a Product/ Project Manager role. Brief background - Total Work-Ex 9 years (2.5 years in IT services pre MBA + 6.5 years in Sales/KAM/Customer Success post MBA). Recently have switched few companies in search of better roles/compensation and that also reflects in a negative way in resume. Not able to get even an interview call while applying for PM roles.
