Accenture Variable pay
Hi everyone,
Could someone please help me understand the actual amount of variable pay we receive at Accenture Strategy? The offer states it as 0-27%, but I'm looking for a realistic figure.

They never pay 27 % max to max 18-20% VP they can offer you that to in a year, declaration in June pay out in November, another pay declaration in March then they payout in June, it also depends upon project budget and your performance. Project has budget then they may provide hike without asking...
