Is it a good time to invest into Adani

From the past few months I'm seeing news of all the big projects of National interest being parked in Gujrat. Be it GIFT City, DREAM City, Chip Manufacturing facility by Tata, 2036 Olymics stadium, 2 new smart cities, center for AI excellence, Cholera Solar Park, Bullet Train stations, etc?
I'm happy for all the work happening but it seems unfair that all great projects are happening in Gujrat. 

If trade is a reason, there are other states as well in western coast like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala.

I'm not trying to make it political, but I feel it is. 
If it's not political please give your reasoning. I want to be wrong on this.

Why is everything being built in Gujrat?

- Adani Energy Solutions, the power transmission and distribution arm of Adani Group, raised $1bn in an equity sale, marking its first since halting a previous share placement due to corporate fraud allegations.
- The Rs83.7bn qualified institutional placement saw demand six times above the base deal size, with major buyers including INQ, Citigroup, Nomura, and SBI.
- Proceeds from the share sale will be used to pay down debt and invest in the company's smart metering business, reflecting strong institutional investor confidence in India's energy transition.
- The equity sale is part of founder Gautam Adani's efforts to recover from scandals and diversify the conglomerate's business interests, which include ports, power, and cement.
- Despite past allegations of fraud by Hindenburg Research, Adani Group has largely recovered, focusing on deleveraging and expanding into renewable energy to support India's goal of 500 gigawatts of green generation by 2030.

- Blackstone Inc has increased its offer for Haldiram’s, aiming to enter India's snacks market with a Rs 40,000 crore bid for a 51% stake.
- The deal values Haldiram's between Rs 70,000 and 78,000 crore, contingent on due diligence outcomes.
- Ownership of restaurants and brand licence issues have been resolved, with brand rights remaining with the Haldiram family.
- Blackstone will get a perpetual licence for Haldiram’s product business, while the family will receive annual royalties.
- EY is conducting due diligence, and a binding term sheet could be finalized within 6-8 weeks.

Nothing's going to happen. Majority of Indian will discredit Hindenburg just because they don't want their portfolios to go down.

How true is this? Can anyone who has inside info from Paytm confirm this?
Something similar happened when RBI imposed restrictions in Feb and there were news articles of JioFin acquisition of Paytm. It was later ruled out as rumours.
