Try finding a new good company that matches your skill set and current role. Ensure, you rise to the senior management in this company. Once you enter the senior leadership, people won't look at your past education details rather they will look at your work experience. 
 The other way is you should apply for an executive MBA from the top IIM's/ISB/SP Jain to get that MBA tag.
