Am I earning lower than my peers? I joined Infosys Consulting in Jan 2022 at a salary of 1650000 pa. And no hike. Are other consultants from IC earning more than me? And what is the salary of technology consultants at Big 4 and Accenture?

Big 4 guys would be on upwards of 18 fixed plus 30 percent variable pay
