Amazon India is the worst company to work in.
One of the worst* I have read many horror stories of paytm, byju, etc. and they have lower pay than Amazon
You can crib about Paytms wlb but they don't pay less than amazon. Base is much much better than Amazon's, the only difference is amazon gives a lot in stocks, jb, relocation in the first year. Paytm gives much more inhand. Btw im talking about salary for new grads in tier 1 so they are standardized salary and not how much you can negotiate
Let me pop your bubble! Amazon's RSUs are real money unlike whatever fairy dust Paytm gives you. Also Amazon's pay at higher levels are the real deal, Paytm can dream about matching that. Yes, it is a shitty workplace where I would never work at.
