Any ex-digital gurukul students here?

Is it worth paying 30000 to do this course with placement guarantee? The industry certificates it provides can be earned directly through Google courses. Their placement guarantee is not very clear. They don't have year wise statistics nor company wise. Anyone here has any ideas?

Has anyone done the MICA online marketing course? Or any other such marketing short duration diploma courses? Do they help?

How is the digital marketing scene in Digital Startups ?

Thinking of taking up the Product Marketing course at GrowthSchool. I read some positive and negative reviews and it seems that their marketing comms are immature and pushy. So, on the fence about joining their Product Marketing course. The 7-week curriculum seems good, but is it worth INR 25k? Could be an opportunity to network and get my foot in the door (into product marketing). Or am I better off investing a much bigger amount in Product Marketing Alliance or Product School? PMA seems to be the most reputed one globally.

This is the best review someone can give for upcoming batch. You'll have 3 days to ask for refund go once the camp starts. Please go for it. If you are working and have a salary of 4 lpa don't expect much for this so called bootcamp. Bootcamp is well planned here it is nothing like that. They gave us so many assignments so that they can filter out people for roc8 because those many assignments were not possible to manage with full time job. Freshers you can get 4lpa + package with little knowledge of DSA. Everytime he has this excuse that market is not good which he didn't think before keeping so many students in hope and making this a business. You can learn react from YouTube. There is no rocket science that he is giving there. Again the curriculum just sucks. Her wife doesn't know anything she literally reads notion saying that it is a revision class. He has no idea what is going on the camp. Just fooling students by selling hope please don't fall for it. Prepare DSA you'll get a good software developer job. No company for freshers actually care about what language you know. Go for namastey javascript and namastey react if you really want to learn react. Roc8 sucks too. This is literally 10 Months since camp started and not more than 15 students are placed and half of them are through LinkedIn there is no neoGcamp and roc8. You'll get a good community but doesn't matter it is not worth 48k. Please don't waste your money and fall for this. I'll answer all your questions if you have any. Again, the camp just sucks like Tanay's reels and YouTube videos.

I belong from a different background, but want to work in the Digital Marketing Sector. I have Sales and Revenue experience. I am 23 years old and have almost 3 years of work experience. Also quite familiar with today's trends and have decent expsure in the field.

I only know organic marketing, and want to explore newer domains (perf, retention, campaigns and more), will this program help? 2. I'm going to join a B-School this year and as of now the best convert that I have is from IMT Ghaziabad PGDM(Marketing). If anyone has any information like how is the overall program and what are the pros and cons of joining IMT-G? Is the overall program worth enrolling to? Please do let me know so that I can make a better-informed decision. I'm also waiting for the results of new and baby IIMs so please do let me know which IIMs would you rank above IMT-G

Hope this post reaches everyone well. I'm a final year engineering undergrad student from a core branch in a Tier 2 college. I'll cut to the chase - I hate my degree and want to switch over to DIgital Marketing. I recently completed a two month digital marketing internship in an arm of a retail brand. This was to test the waters; to see if I actually like Digital Marketing or just the idea of it. Turns out, it's pretty fun. While the tasks were mundane, I handled basic stuff like on-page SEO tactics, LOTS of content writing and a market analysis of our competitors. I wanted to also venture into other domains (like Performance Marketing and Brand Management), but I wasn't given the chance to do so. Coming to the topic, what do I do from here? Look up case studies? A remote intership (which I'm unsure if I can handle with college)? And what exactly does 'build a portfolio' entail? And yes, I know the market is in the doldrums right now. This might be the worst time to embark on a career in Marketing, but I need to bet on myself now. I've started applying for internships (January-July, leads appreciated!), and need guidance from someone elder than me on how to navigate the situation I'm in. Apologies for any errors. TLDR: Engineering student hates his degree (nothing new), loves Digital Marketing, needs guidance from someone senior to figure out a path towards an alternate career.
