Any luck on Business Management or Organizational Administration & Leadership Management roles?

Has anyone tried applying for roles other than product such as program or business roles? Had any success?

Background: Working with B2B SaaS startup raised $165m till now. No appraisal this year. Multiple changes of top management, a boss added between reporting manager and CEO 10 months into, the role has changed from what was told, and I envisioned. Day to day work has become running behind people, taking statuses and giving to manager. Mentally and physically draining(extensive travel) Sat with manager, told this is not working for me. Can the role be developed into analytical or strategic approach or new role in another department? Three things can happen now - Manager actually gets me something better - Manager does nothing - Manager fires me because I don't like the work Tbh, all three work for me. Hi, What are the companies hiring for Mid to senior leadership roles ? I have been trying for the past 1 month but no success so far.

I am Stucked in a very weird situation, I am final year mechanical engineering student who was earlier preparing for product management/management consulting entry level roles but due to recession and layoffs and coming from a tier 3 college, I have to change my mind as first is non tech background and second tier 3 college tag and I wasnt getting much response from recruiters too , it was looking difficult for me to get an opportunity so I started preparing for gate but now after spending 6-7 months , I am realising, it never aligned with my goals , now what should I do I want to pivot to business analyst/entry product roles any how , I am graduating in June 2024 , neither I have much time left nor good companies are coming for placements , please help me out community

Hello all, I'm a software engineer at one of the service based companies and I graduated last yr. Though I always knew software engineering isn't for me, I still gave it a try hoping my perspective would change when I enter the industry. Bummer! I hate it even more What I have realised is I don't like to code or spend all day finding a solution to an error. Not to say I don't like problem solving but I simply don't like the problem solving that is required for a great software engineer. I have been a content writer in the past and enjoyed it. I also helped a small digital marketing agency launch a campaign for a product. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of coming up with ideas that suit the tone of the brand, writing copies and much more. I'm thinking of switching to a marketing role or anything that aligns with what I have mentioned above. My question to you are: 1) Is it even possible to switch without an MBA? 2) If so, What should be my approach to applying to jobs? (Kindly tell me the specific and not just -' Make a stellar resume and apply ' kind of a vague answer) 3) What other roles can I look into?

I have switched job from tech role to strategy role at a reputed company after 6 years of working. Any me anything.
