Why is the range for SPM at Zepto ( and mix between ESOP and Cash)

Never compromise on your cash aspect of your pay. If you get X fixed+variable today then demand same or more from Zepto. Any ESOP should be additional. Startups screw employees on this quite easily. I've seen enough individuals who's fixed comp hasn't recovered after they joined a startup
