Anyone hiring product designers?

I have done 8 months of internship in a swiss startup and I am looking for my next opportunity. Why should anyone hire me ? Well I worked on deeply rooted problems in my internship which generally is not expected from interns like finding major accessibility issues in product, creating a style guide and design documentations etc.
