I would really like to suggest you to game up on nourishing food (banana, cashews, paneer etc) and get it  checked if hormones are imbalanced or some deficiencies. B12 and zinc specifically.

If it's your primary form of hair health, then I'd rather stick to haribo. If you're already taking other prescription meds for reducing hair loss, then unprescribed gummies are the least of your concern.

I've (28 M) been having hair fall since about 8 years now. 
While in college I was actually a bit crazy about this and tried a lot of treatments, eggs etc. Nothing gave much satisfactory results
Current state is like receding hairline showing a decent U shape. I try to cover it by having a bit long hairs in the front. But tbh I've never been able to figure out the perfect hairstyle suiting this predicament.
I've been applying minoxidil since last few years. I've not been that much regular and there are brief periods when I'm not able to apply it. A doctor prescribed me dutasteride which I took for a while but that also didn't have any lasting change (maybe it works while you take it and not afterwards or it could just be a placebo effect)
With time there has been awareness and acceptance that there is not much you can do about it.
Recently I've been hearing a lot about traya on the internet but usually I try to ignore anything that can inspire any hope on the subject due to past experiences but a close friend showed me his before and after pictures for traya and those results looked good.
So should I give it a try ? Bear the burden of hope one more time ??
Have any of you tried it ? Please share your reviews.
Also are the medications like a lifetime thing ??
Will the hair start falling back once I stop the treatment ?

Full time employees grinding at day jobs, do you still smoke up like you used to in college? Please include your marital status as well.
I have 7yoe, married and smoke up with my wife 4 times a week. I am doing decent in my career and take care of my health, gym 4 times and thus I don't see any reason to quit it ever.
Thoughts? None of my friends from college continue to smoke the way I do and I really get scared sometimes.

Hey GRAPEVINERS, hope you all are doing well, i am suffering from receding hairline , and its getting severe  , i am just 22 and i don't want to have that male pattern baldness too early, in my family, no one has that much severe male pattern baldness, my father has not great but good hair as per his age , i don't drink , smoke , eat healthy but still losing hair , yeah I never massage my head with oil 
I also take vitamin d3 supplements as majority of people as 70-80% people are deficient in vitamin d , mine is also low
