Is it like a straight away offer or u r confident to ace the interview? If neither then best to think about it post offer or before HR discussion. Anyway, just look for top band offer for ur yoe and it should be doable with some lowballing

Razorpay SPM/AD-Product Salary?

I’m a PM with 2yoe
Current CTC:  21LPA (plus 10 stocks, vesting schedule 4y)

InMobi: 28LPA (26.5 base + 1.5 in other compensations, stock match with similar vesting)
Razorpay: 30 LPA (2l perf bonus and stock match)

I’ve heard InMobi has a better culture over Razorpay. 
Any thoughts?

I've received two job offers and could use some advice on which one to choose.

Current: Software Engineer II
CTC: Around 12 LPA
YOE: Almost 3 years.

Offer 1: Product Development Engineer II, Razorpay

Offer 2: Software Engineer, Pluralsight

Both offers are in the range 18 LPA to 24 LPA and Pluralsight is the higher offer in terms of CTC. Also they seem to have more employee benefits compared to razorpay. Which offer seems more appealing based on the role, WLB, company outlook, growth etc.

Also a bit skeptical about the PDE II role at Razorpay because they mention that PDE II individuals can only advance to SDE 2 after being promoted to SDE 1 first, and then to SDE 2.
