Are peeps working in onebanc retarded?
This is a question to the onebanc employees, are you guys retarded or what? So, They have a job posting on LinkedIn for a particular role which is vacant from 5 freaking months ( and it's just not there for 5 months, they remove it and repost every 3-5 days). for 2 months I tried applying direct and then I connected with the peeps working there and asked for referrals to which all of them replied "apply directly to the job posting" ok understandable but then when I tried connecting with the job poster and the talent acquisition people they also have the same reply "apply directly", I know am not entitled but now when you have seen the message, just forward it to the manager, and end this with a rejection. This is just a rant, i know companies don't owe anyone and vice versa.
