What do you do for upskilling?
Software engineers having 1+ YoE working full-time (not internship), how do you folks upskill apart from regular work at the office?
I believe upskilling / sideskilling is extremely important to remain competant and relevant in the tech world.
And employers should invest into providing these resources (like access to Udemy/Coursera/Udacity/LinkedIn Learning etc.) to their employees during work because this also improves the quality of their workforce.
What perks does your company provides for upskilling? Would love to hear your thoughts.
P.S.: My employer gives access to Udemy and Linkedin Learning + there are some regular Advanced DSA tests + Code Review Mentorship programs + lots of other mentorships + options to do part/full time M.Texh/PhD (many of these are performance dependent)
