Assignments in Notice Period
Do I need to put extra hours into my work when I am on notice period? I have resigned and it has been a month but still I am getting the same amount of work as a regular one? Don't get me wrong, but just wanted to know what if I don't work as I used to? What if I miss the timelines? Any consequences can happen? Please share your valuable experiences.

Consequences are that you'll leave a bad name. They won't respect you as much
You are right, but what if the work I am assigned needs me to work outside my regular working hours?

Just make it clear professionally. " it's feels good that I am still able to contribute to the progress of the company. Still I expect that being in notice period the company respects my work loof balance"

see I know that it's hard right now. U would be going for heckin hormonal ups and down. But see there is one thing if that company is going to
pay the salary of your np once it's complete then why not to have integrity and help them out. Even though u r going to leave don't let your behavior put stain on your image. Last days impression also matter. We live in small world god knows if you need them again or Meet somewhere else where u need their network. So don't let the policies ruin ur inner integrity. Repeat is earned.
Correctly said, but I do think like Employers also need to understand this. They should not give bigger tasks with tight deadlines to a person in notice period

I know it's unfair and our lives too.
Employees always try to be slaves for employers, realistically speaking you never really need your ex company network of managers to help you progress in your life, you decide your own destiny.
But this thinking that they will ruin your life or career, have always helped employers to get everything out of employees and make them work.
Hold yourself important and value yourself.
