[BIP/X/1] Problems in crypto and stock market
Hey guys, I'm starting a build in public thing for an idea I'm working on. Naming it X since I haven't come up with a name yet. DW, it won't be cringe content. Will be asking a few questions and dropping a few updates from time to time (PS: not on a regular basis)!
What are some problems in the stock market and the crypto market, you have noticed externally or experienced yourself? Can be related to legal/finance/existing products (zerodha, binance)/etc
I see potential in crypto, but afraid of crypto exchanges going bust. So as a work around feel that holding the crypto directly will mitigate the risk. I need to research about buying directly and verifying it and storing it safely without wallet or other methods. So some solution around this will help
Binance has a very buggy UI, half the time I don't get notifications for P2p orders, chat doesn't work properly, etc
There's also the problem of customer support, I never get the answers I want nor do I understand half the things that are happening or how to solve them - for example, for ages now, I mostly see "merchant ads" only by default when I use P2P, which is not something I chose! Is it a feature Binance has rolled out to promote merchants? I don't know, it's not consistent (note "mostly")
Another problem that many exchanges face, which at the end of the day, comes more to internal fund management, is liquidity
There are a TON of legal and regulatory issues when it comes to exchanges, each jurisdiction has their own - for example, both Binance and OKX have recently completely excited the Canadian markets due to their new crypto laws, so what exactly do you want to know about when it comes to legal problems?
