Bangalore start up truth

I have a friend who is a sde and worked with multiple startups and has a strange issue

She graduated in 2020 joined a us based remote startup at 7lpa Mykia which then got shut down due to no funds to operate after 7 months of her work,

She then joined a startup in Bangalore which is a VR, AR company and everything was fine and in 2022 they shut down saying cannot afford operation and joined other seed agency where she worked as backend dev and after a year she left due to health issues and now she interviewed with WITCH companies but she doesn't have exp letter of first 2 companies and she submitted her agency letter and they had given her 4lpa as 1 year exp person ,

Posting on behalf of her what can be done better for good package
