Been in a company for more then 7 years , Top 3 product based company in its domain in India. My salary is 1/2 of some of my colleagues who are in same level as me and are younger
I hope to stay here for few more years but Compensation discrepancy kills me . Why do old team members not much valued or compensated by the boses , even though effort level and delivery is same
Because by continuing to work for your salary you’ve proven that the company can get away with paying you that much. Get a higher offer and ask your company to match, and you’ll probably get what you deserve.
