I like startups more, more responsibilities and better work/learning
Worked in Mnc felt there are too many meetings for small small releases which only 1/2 developers could release
Haven't gotten in faang yet, mostly those would be better

I’ve only worked in MNC - it’s a mid sized US one
WLB is great, pay is great and no office drama.
I’ll never work in startups since my bro only ever worked in those and got completely burnt out
Isn't it true that even MNCs have also turned into start-up type work culture post COVID?
