Please suggest a good scrum master certification that I can get to move forward in my career as a scrum master. Also, how much does a certification help in getting you a good package? Is there any expert here who can let me know if having a scrum master certification would be better for me? Thanks in advance.

Best salary for Scrum Master 9 years

Hi all, currently working as a scrum master for 2 years in Capgemini. If I switch, What can be the expected salary with 9 years or experience? I am drawing 18 as fixed 2 as variable. Is it good to wait 2-3years more in the same package as I need to stay in my current company 4-5 years so that I come as reliable to the recruiters. What you all suggest pleas?

Need a hack to clear the Professional Scrum Master II Certification Exam

Please share any sure shot hacks, dumps, etc., to clear PSM II exam in first attempt. Have already been on the internet and dug up quite a bit of videos, and whatnot. But I am still unsure if that’s enough. Note: can’t afford to take any formal training.
