Best way to accumulate corpus of 1Cr
I would like to buy a house in next 5 years. Estimating the price of house I might need would be 5cr by that time. So I would need a down payment of 1 cr. How can I plan my SIP today and how much amount I should be investing.
It’s so simple. Invest ₹1.5 lakhs every month in equity. Within next 5 years you’ll have a corpus of ₹1.2cr. No rocket science.

Which stocks? ETF? Mutual funds?
If you have the time and knowledge of finding the right stocks and rebalancing them every quarter then invest directly in stocks else you can go with mutual funds/ETFs or smallcases.
