Why mokobara is so expensive?

Planning to buy a laptop bag for office as well as simple travelling like between cities. Any good suggestions? Only criteria is should be water proof and fit 2 15.6 laptops, plus if it looks a little bit stylish as well.

So far I have narrowed down the 2 below options

1. MI Business Casual 21L Water Resistant Laptop Backpack - 900 rs

Thinking of gifting a friend a handbag. 3k budget. Any leads would be appreciated.
I googled, but found a bunch of names. Don't know which one actually is good.

Also a mini rant. How are women's bags under 3k and men's bags ranging from 10-15k (likes of Samsonite/scarters ).
