Mine is 8 in total.

1) Which tech books are you currently reading. Also how do you guys manage your time among office work, personal learnings, social life, etc. It feels pretty darn hard to do so. 2) I'm a fresher working in deployment infra area i.e k8s & stuff. Any books you find interesting in this side of the things? Pls share them. Ps: Feel free to answer only the first question which is generic in nature to help everyone reading this. But if you can spare some time, then would appreciate the answers for 2nd also.

Started meditating now and use my Apple Watch for guidance. I wonder what other people are doing. Because I’m having some rough nights sleeping in due to anxiety. Avoiding anxiolytics or beta blockers for now. Also avoiding a mental health therapist for as long as I can.

Recently i have taken to a habit of reading. I want to read books on business psychology books. How are businesses made, how they adapt to change. I'm also interested in history but have not studied much of it. I recently completed Shoe dog and thoroughly enjoyed it, it had everything history philosophy and it was buisness. Do drop your suggestions

Please recommend some books. My target is to read 20 books this year.

Last two months had been great, I was consistently building a morning routine. Included little fitness too. Happy how my body felt energetic. Until one day, "I didn’t feel like getting up" Two weeks, Schedule is back to groggy mornings, skipped breakfast, put on visible fat Work has got shittier. My day starts with 2 hours of compulsory, back-to-back meetings, followed by more 1-O-1s through the day. The meetings are just crying how things are bad, not working out, employees are not putting efforts, revenue is down, sales is not performing, clients are leaving - 3 hours later, we still haven't got a action plan. What's the use? This wasn’t meant to be a rant. Just that cannot tell people to fuck off. I feel should tell a part of me to fuck off too.
