If he was in India,
1. he would have spent his time updating daily status calls.
2. attend meeting in the middle of the night, even if he had no update to offer.
3. Spend time remembering the various "extra work"/ 'beyond his regular job responsibilities' he has done during the year to justify the bonus that he is eligible for.
4. he would think of strategies like taking part in sutta breaks to improve relationship with his boss.
performing in west in no big deal, surviving in India requires real talent.
