Hathway and ACT are good as long as you don't get any issues. Both of their customer service dept are worst. They won't understand the issue, they will just close the ticket raised without resolution.
Airtel - comparatively better CS.
Jio - sometimes CS is fine, many times similar to ACT/Hathway.
