Brother needs a Job
I have an elder brother, who is just 12th pass and has had his own stationary shop for good amount of time. He has also worked in retail with a jewellery store. However, ever since COVID, his shop went downhill and because he's also 40+, the prospects of job are also pretty slim. I'm inquiring here to check if anyone can help him get a job. He's 43, experience in retail and no graduation.
It’s tough to get into tech. Ops is a good option. But they tend to hire freshers.
I would say checkout apna/workindia there are some decent jobs on it.

Tell him to upskill. He can easily go into content writing, social media, and such stuff. (at max it will take 5-6 months to learn these things.) (ROI is good he may get a salary of around 5LPA by investing 6 months).
If he is not interested in doing this. He may look into local malls or supermarkets or become a Zomato or Siwggy delivery guy.
For all the above suggestions I have considered the most important factor "life sustainability". As he is 40+ it's hard to get a "Job" (that most freshers get on passing out of great colleges).
