Used to be great till 2 yrs ago. Okayish now. Product is quite technical in nature, hikes used to be good (slowed down recently because of the market). Product team usually gets a good exposure to the founders. You can join if you can disagree and commit

Thanks, yes that's one of the reasons for me too, apparently the founder works on a weekly level with the Growth team, that's atleast what I was told

I have heard that the exposure with the founders is there but little scope for autonomy and decision making. Everything seems to be run top down. Major decision-making owned by founders only. Also, working with founders week in week out would add to stress and pressure to do the job.
