Business finance pay

Hi,

I have one year due diligence experience post my qualification as a CA. I did my internship for 3 years with KPMG, then did 1 year in due diligence and now work in the business finance department of an ecom startup since 1 year

My performance has been strong and I'm being promoted to manager. What should be my CTC expectation for the role. Current CTC is around 17Lpa
