Guys, a doubt. If Reliance takes 60% of Disney India operations , how does that work? I mean do they now have a common platform (does jiocinema and hotstar get merged?) Does all the rights acquired by Disney India get transferred to Viacom?

Build vs Buy. Looks like @Jiocinema is starting with replacing @hotstar in the Indian OTT market. Opinions?
