CX tool recommendations

Hey folks, I have been working for the past few months on the centralised internal search tool for all the companies and I need your honest feedback and feedback. Problem: Today, every company uses "a ton" of tools- Notion, confluence, Drive, PDFs etc. and the information is scattered and hard to find. Solution: I (along with my co-founder) am working on a centralised search tool where you connect all of these tools as integrations and voila you find it. Plus, we are also adding a layer of asking questions, "What is our churn rate" Instead of finding a document and then navigating through it to find the answer, you will get the answer right there. Ask: Please give me your feedback/suggestions. Are you going to use it?

Guys I have joined a saas startup 2 months back as a customer success lead and have been given a daunting task of developing customer success from zero. Previously engg team used to handle it and I am the first employee in customer success. The customers are majorly in California and the neighbouring states. The company is 6 years old and they provide you can say ERP for hotels. I need to develop a plan to identify the customer health and build something that compliments the support team too

Any suggestions which tools are available for recording the user journeys for a mobile app? I know Hotjar is a good tool (for website specifically). Looking a similar tool for mobile app. TIA!

I often mistake the field on top which is to create a post for a search bar - since generally search components also follow a similar design style. Given there is already a floating CTA at the bottom for creating a post - isn't this component redundant (and potentially adding to ux issue?). Do any of you also face this issue of mistaking this field for seaech?
