I just read somewhere that exp dates are put on medicine by companies so that people will buy new one. This might be wrong. Something to think about. Same thing I read about a company which made absolutely long lasting products but their sales were not going up as the product lasts years and years altogether so they started making product which were of same standard but after 2-3 years you’ll need a new one.
Long answer short I think you can take the medicine.
Efficacy reduces, generally its safe to eat by exp date.
What I had heard from someone who used to work in a medical shop, the expired medicine can be consumed, but the effect of it is slow.
But I still don't consume, what if !! 🤧🤷
