Capgemini ghosting after selecting!

I cleared all 6 rounds of a PM interview with an Edtech startup. The HR asked for current offer letter, 2 references (current and previous manager), and a couple of other docs. Then ghosted me for 2 weeks. When I followed up, the HR said they are in-process of interviewing other candidates Is it normal to do this now a days? I understand the company wants to interview more people. But then why ask for any details from me till you are sure that you are going to give an offer

I cleared all the interview rounds for a role at GE Healthcare but the HR is ghosting me since 2 weeks after we agreed upon the offer verbally. Every day I keep following up for updates but the response I get is that approval has to be provided by global team. Has anyone faced such issues at other companies or is this something that is common.

Just trying to understand what could be the reasons behind this?

Why is Capgemini doing fake hiring. I mean they are taking interviews multiple times. Is they really show casing the hiring of clients? I have attended 10 times for Capgemini interview for plsql developer position in last 1 month. Everytime some 3ed party recruiter call me and take details ofnmy alternative email and arrange a call from Capgemini. And loop continue. Why these PPL waste our time.

Hello, I have given interview in Capgemini on 20th April. On 22nd I received an email to proceed further share dox so I shared dox but after that no response or any email. Are they doing BGC and how much time it will take?

I received an offer from Accenture and accepted it also. After that my recruiter is not reachable via mail or phone. Is this normal in Accenture? Whom can I contact in this situation? I have also put resignation in current organisation. Please help.

Not able to get into HR rounds after doing well in technical interviews. Comp1: cleared 5 technical rounds. They asked me to come in person for a particular date, informed me that date and time will be informed later. After a week got rejection mail. Comp2: Done well in the technical round. Profile was in process status in the company portal for the last 45 days. Today I got a rejection mail. Mera life ithna kharab hogaya.... Ithna kharab hogaya..

Today got a call from HR manager and expect me to join early, if early release is not possible then they will drop/hold my profile. During last one month ongoing discussion HR was aware that I’m yet to resign, informed that official notice period is 90 days but negotiable up to 60 days, don't know why HR manager and HR are not on the same page🤷🏻‍♂️ How to convince for early release or delay the joining date? Please help.

Attended an interview for a startup where they said all was okay and agreed to rollout the offer letter and last minute told hiring freeze. This is for an entry level role. Cannot name the company as I can get identified. Fintech startup. Their payscales in glassdoor were showing high base for entry level roles in Business Operations. How do we make sure that recruiter does not ghost us . What are the strategies we can use to get the offer. These days, every recruiter in first call itself asking about salary expectations.
