Career Advice
I completed my Computer Science from a Tier 1 Institute. But I am not into programming/dev and don't want to further pursue software or IT related roles. I have tried working in marketing and sales, but did not find myself learning hard skills over there. In such situations, I have been thinking about trying Product Management. Preferably on the lookout of something which involves fusion of tech (not hardcore) with non-tech. Please kindly provide advice from your experiences on what trajectory should I aim for. Everyone wants to be a PM these days. No wonder each role has 100s of applicants.
Try growing in sales and marketing. You might not appreciate it now but it's a hard skill and probably one of those few that will stay immune even beyond AI. Get into direct sales than digital marketing which will be totally AI driven in the coming years.
