Can anyone suggest me what should I do to get a job after career gap?

Hey am looking for job after 2 years of career gap Do I need upskill myself in any certificate or csn i search with non technical jobs ? Please suggest 🫰

I got laid off and I have been getting rejected in my interviews a lot and want to take some time to work on my skills, is it a bad decision? My YOE is 3 years as a SWE

About me:- B.E. in extc 2018 batch Mumbai University. In 2019 I joined TCS as fresher, stayed there 7 months. Left for IIT Mtech aspiration. Prepared fulltime gate exam 2020, 2022, 2023. Did not worked. 2021 was medical issues and job crunch period for me. In 2024, I have joined an offline IT training institute full stack java. My worry is: after gaining 2+ years experience in small company for the time being, will this 5 year gap still create problems at the time of lateral job switches into FANG?

Hi I have relevant experience in a software application however I wanted to upgrade myself with a latest application as many others in my team. I phased up a lot of wait time and finally a no and have to forcefully leave the company now. I lost all my confidence and in a dilemma now of where and how can I pickup to crack a job and start performing. I had no career or educational gap Please Can anyone advise me

I am 26M with close to 3 years of work experience and a MBA from a tier 1 college. I make decent salary, however I am not really enjoying my job. I am also depressed from working very hard the past 5 years with graduation, Covid and job Etc. I just want to take a few months off and focus on my mental/physical health. I also want to prepare for Product roles and try out some business/freelancing ideas I have. My concern is how Career gaps are treated like a stigma in the industry. Like what was the use of working so hard and getting qualifications, if I cannot take a few months in between jobs to focus on myself. Can someone help me get some perspective?

How to hide gap years in resume? Does it matter? I have 2.6 years of gap after graduation and currently 2.9 years experienced in Angular, Angular js, Javascript java SpringBoot, docker , Jenkins and Kubernetes

People who landed job after having 3-4 years of career gap, please share how you did it? What would be your advice to people with long career gaps? Everyone please share your thoughts or advice on this.

I want to quit my job and take a break. I Have been contemplating to do the same for almost an year but decided not to do it. So many things have happened since then 1. Layoff wave started in india 2. Got married 3. Had to move back to bangalore from hometown Reason I want to quit is I don't feel like working , feeling bored and work doesn't interest me that much. I want to take a break chill for a bit but don't have guts to do the same considering market conditions ( what if I don't get a job when I am back in the market😅) Please give any advice on how to tackle this situation or if someone has gone through the same, would love to hear your experience. Also how is the product hiring currently in India? PS: I do have a good runway for 4-5 months considering all expenses but I am scared to take the step
