I have close to 5 years of experience in non-tech role (PMO+sales operations) and my CTC is close to 17LPA. My work-life balance was bad during the first 4 years but the learnings were good. Now for the last 1 year, my work has been pretty chill but at the same time I'm not learning anything new and I don't see any growth in this role. I'm in a difficult spot as it's not easy to change role at this point of my career and MBA option doesn't make a lot of sense from a financial standpoint as I'm only able to crack the new IIMs. Any suggestions on how I can proactively do something about this situation instead of just enjoying this chill phase of my career?
