This happens all the time where contractors move into full time positions with clients.
If its positive for you, go for it
I have a good relationship with the clients, not the best company or something but leagues better than working for infy. Also finding it difficult to switch so I wanted to explore this option. Also similar role to me pays 4-5X on the client side
