any tech soecific to the company sucks except if you are into SAP products and in SAP company itself. 
 be agnostic, go with normal frontend or  backend.  
 if you get stuck in a perticular company's product, you ll never earn at par with the agnostic technologies.

plus you wont find many jobs once they kick u out
