What was their total revenue. I mean the amount Microsoft invested. I think they are not focussed on short term profits but gaining monopoly to charge exorbitant prices later.
This just ChatGPT the product, not OpenAI the company. Their largest income comes from API subscriptions. Have paid thousands of $$ to them over the past year

I think that's the projected run rate not what they actually made in last year ...so they will probably make 3 b next year
