Clean Exits from org
How do you guys manage exiting an org (voluntary exit like resignation) while maintaining relationships with your seniors? I feel like the moment I put down my papers my bosses react aggressively and get pissed, don’t know how to handle that.

Sach baat hai waise toh, but in long term if god forbid, kabhi bura haal hua toh yahi log kaam aate hai😭
Agar boss aggressively react karne walo me se hai toh, expect karna na samjhi hogi mere khyal se
Had this issue with previous companies. One of my mentor told me this " if you're not ready to share your concerns when you are working, don't share it when you are leaving ".

I usually said nothing other than resigning because better opportunity and still get this reaction -_-
That's an answer but not honest answer 😁
Imagine you are a manager and your team member comes to you and tell this. 😅

If the bosses become aggressive and pissed, understand that it was not a relationship you would want to continue anyway.
Petty folks arent good for anything in long term, people who can look beyond a job switch are the ones you want to be in contact with anyway
Think of this as a good test.
