I've started trying long form content generation where tokens are spent repeatedly until the task is complete using code interpreter. Maybe autogpt would be better suited for in depth work. Anyone here using autogpt by any chance?

Hi,

Has anyone tried using AI tools or ChatGPT during interviews? I have seen my friends doing so, but I am unsure how feasible it is! Most of the coding questions are lengthy paragraphs, and when we type them into ChatGPT, it takes a longer time. Even for normal technical questions, there is a lag between asking ChatGPT, receiving an answer and presenting that to the interviewer. Have any of you successfully used ChatGPT to ace technical interviews? Share your experiences.

P.S.: Yes, there is an unethical aspect to it, I agree! But a small attempt won't hurt, right? Please don't curse me!

1000 years ago, normal folks required priest to make them understand religious text written in high level language 'Sanskrit'. Ram Charit Manas made awadhi speaking population interpret  religion directly without interference of priest sitting on high pedestal which eventually reduced their importance... Average population began to interact with gods in their mother tongue. 

I feel AI is going to do same to coders as normal folks will be able to interact with computers in their mother tongue without need of knowing high level languages like python, Java etc. 

This is going to bring profound change in how capitalism works!

That's not what am saying or pre assuming.

But the brain behind those supercomputers h100 and all, who is making LLMs train faster.

GPT 5.0 can do miracles and imagine 8.0 coupled with those 1nm GPUs.

I still believe that not 100% can be replaced but yes 60-70% roles will be redundant.

Top 10% will survive and thrive if ride the ai wave.

no, coding will be not replaced in the level of mathmatians and scientists, deep coding level.. yes it's going to replace common code that 60% of the world is doing. rest will be paid insane amount..

So I am a fresher who joined this decent company where they pay me a decent salary. I got allotted to a project in place of an Senior Swe.  It's been 2 months and I have been given tickets regarding features requests . The work is not easy at all. The team consists of 5 people where there are only 2 developers me and my manager. He is mostly busy so he just provides me an overview about the code base which is 30 years old . The languages are C, C++ and C#. I have been working on this feature request for the past 3 weeks and the pressure is immense. I am feeling so terrible that I am not able to deliver. I just don't like this feeling. I try and try and try but some things are just way above my expertise. I have always been good at coding but to contribute to a real world project is really tough. It's also quite frustrating as at every step you have to deal with multiple problems. My manager is a good guy overall but today he told me that I really need to amp up my game. And deliver. I just don't like to be mediocre but I am just stuck at this point. Am I overthinking? Or me feeling this way is normal. I just want suggestions from different people of this sub!!

How to get into ML / AI ? I have spent almost 5 years in product based tech giants. Now I want to move to an AI role or keep updated about AI so that in the near future my role would not be obsolete. My company doesn't have data science role.
