CoinDCX work culture, Product and Tech leadership review Please
The culture has significantly declined over the last two years. Only those in top positions are benefiting from perks and high salaries, and there's no interest in hiring new staff to cut costs. In my team, we've lost 2 SDE3s and 3 SDE2s recently, and we’ve only brought on 1 new SDE2 with the same goals and deliverables. There's a lack of real hiring activity; they're just posting jobs to reassure current employees that they're looking for replacements. It seems they're undermining senior engineers to bring in cheaper talent.
