Suggest for following offers, considering location, WLB, Job security Hi folks, I have three offers in hand - 1. JPMorgan Chase - Bangalore 2. Autodesk - Pune 3. IKEA - Bangalore All of them are offering almost same fixed salary, Ikea’s base is 2 lacs more than rest but RSUs in Autodesk is additional benefits of good amount(50k USD). Which of them is better for growth, job security and benefits etc I will get prorated variable in 1&2 but not in Ikea in 2025 due to my joining date being after the cutoff period Please pour in your thoughts, thank you in advance :)

Hi guys, TCS Increment this year can Help employees to Buy Britannia Marie biscuits instead of Raja Marie. Hence I've decided to move on. I have an Offer from Accenture (Application Lead) with 40% hike and an Offer from Mindtree (Business Consultant) with 50% hike. Both are Without Variable Components. Which offer is better and why? Pune: CTC: 20+ variable(no clarity on variable) Company: Startup with 1 year hike cycle (bare minimum hike) Company Size: More than 120 Reporting to: Business Head Role: Core BD with slightly overlap of cross functional Stability: Slightly more than Bangalore one(I would say 1% more since they slightly work as lala company) Bangalore: CTC: 22 +12(Esops) Company: Startup with 6 month hike cycle Company Size: Around 30 Reporting to: Founders Role: Set up and lead the entire Business and cross functional roles(cr.functional offer better learning and growth tooo) Stability: OK than Pune Both the company are startups and in terms of stability the Pune one holds higher stability at company level(I would say 1% more than Bangalore) but since its sales roles so I think it doesn't matter. (as per LinkedIn the avg duration of sales folks is 11 month in Pune company) Which offer is better in terms of growth prospect and considering that you want to move to higher role in the future or may be start again in future ?

Hey all, I have offers from GE Digital and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). Please help me decide which to choose, in terms of culture, type of work and everything. GE location is Bangalore and UKG location is Noida. CTC of UKG is a little higher than GE but in hand at the end of 1st year is approx same in both. P.S. I am a 2024 grad and more inclined towards cloud and DevOps domain. Thank you

Hey everyone! I'm currently working as a senior analytics guy (overall work experience of ~5.5 years) and am looking for a switch. Here are the 2 options that I have for now: 1. Amazon (BA II) offering a fixed of 32L, to join in Hyderabad for a team where majority people sit out of Seattle. 2. Bolt (a startup based out of Estonia, primarily dealing in ride sharing, food delivery and others) offering ~€70k annually as fixed compensation (relocation sponsored). Currently a bit confused as I haven't heard really great reviews about Amazon, but at the same time don't know how the move to relocate internationally for the first time will work. Did a light research on salary and cost of living in Estonia, and found out that this is a pretty good number to get. Does anyone have any idea either about how WLB is at Amazon or at Bolt? What would be a better move here? (Bolt offering the role of an Analytics lead)
